We have an important notice for our iOS users!

We’ve been notified that a Bluetooth connection error has been occurring on certain Apple phones after the iOS 14.3 update.

This an iOS issue that can be solved by following the steps below:

1. Setting -> Bello

: Bluetooth on

2.Setting -> Bluetooth

: Change the Bluetooth enabled button from off -> on (If in the on state, switch off and switch back on)

3.Setting- > Bluetooth

: Delete Bello device from my device list (tap the “i” button to clear this device from details screen)
